Citing Honeywell Senior Vice President and General Counsel Anne Madden’s “unwavering dedication” to the legal profession, the New Jersey Law Journal honored her with its GC Impact Award, pictured above with David Gialanella, Bureau Chief of the New Jersey Law Journal.
The recognition was due in part to her a commitment to workplace respect and inclusion and diversity. “One of my proudest
accomplishments is the work we do to foster a culture of workplace respect,
which is a foundational principle everywhere we do business,” Anne said.
“Honeywell’s emphasis on integrity and having a workplace free of harassment is
not new. Our Code of Business Conduct has long made it clear that we will never
tolerate harassment of any type. Since becoming General Counsel in October
2017, I also have focused on our commitment to have an inclusive and diverse
culture which enables our employees to collaborate and innovate more
effectively to meet the needs of our customers around the world. One of my top
priorities as General Counsel is to continue to drive inclusion and diversity
not only at Honeywell, but also within the legal profession as a whole.”
